Jen is a full-time stay-at-home mom, wife, ministry worker, and advocate. When she isn't busy shuffling kids around she enjoys photography, writing, and reading. She currently lives in a small Southern California town with her amazing husband, four incredible kids, three dogs, and two cats.

Many of these poems have been sitting in my journals for years. From facing childhood trauma, multiple abusers, dealing with severe depression, to finally finding my peace in God. I’m still finding my peace and healing, but I now know I am not alone on this journey. I pray that if any of these words resonate with you, you seek help.
